In managed properties, waste is touched by many parties and owned by none. Cleaning companies are contracted for common areas. Haulers are contracted for collection. Superintendents absorb whatever falls between. The result is a daily operation that runs on improvisation.

PORTER was created to define that operation and run it properly. We manage the movement, condition and collection-readiness of waste from resident disposal through to the curb — with defined scope, property-specific procedures, trained operators and documented reporting.

We are deliberately narrow. We do not offer general janitorial services, and we do not haul waste. That focus is what lets us be accountable for the part of the property that most often goes unmanaged.

PORTER serves multi-residential, seniors, mixed-use, community housing, commercial and institutional properties across the Greater Toronto Area, working directly with property managers and in partnership with cleaning and facility companies.
