Layer 01 — The Core PORTER Service

Manage It. Move It. Maintain It.

From chute to collection point, PORTER manages the waste operation.

PORTER manages the operational movement of waste through the property — from resident disposal points through chute rooms, waste rooms, bin and compactor areas and collection staging.

The Flow

Waste Isn't a Room. It's a Flow.

Traditional building operations often treat these points as separate cleaning or maintenance tasks. PORTER manages them as one connected operational system.

Pricing is based on the actual waste-flow operation PORTER is responsible for managing. Final pricing considers service frequency, waste infrastructure, internal waste movement, chute or distributed waste-point servicing, container volume, collection requirements and overall operational complexity.

Properties with centralized waste systems and limited internal transfer may qualify for the starting rates shown. Properties requiring chute-room collection, internal waste transfer, elevator movement, multiple waste points or more complex collection operations are priced accordingly.

Every property moves waste differently. A centralized property where residents bring recycling directly to the main waste area requires less operational handling than a property where PORTER collects recycling from multiple chute rooms and transfers it internally. PORTER pricing reflects the actual scope of work required.

Chute-room collection, bag and liner replacement, chute-room floor and surface cleaning, floor-to-floor and elevator waste transfer are provided where required and where included in scope, based on property configuration.
